Views and staff here were awsome! Thanks to valet, who often helped us. Visited their restaurant Coastal couple of times. Moreover, hotel offered us Wi Fi.

Think that Atlantic Hotel & Spa is beyond compare. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The property is steps away from the beach. Also, it was within a 15 minute walk from bonnet house museum gardens.

The location is excellent, in front of the sea, the umbrellas, deck chairs and towels for the beach are free, we returned them at noon for lunch and in the afternoon we withdrew again without problems. In the room there was a lavazza coffee machine, excellent coffee
It lacks maintenance, the balconies had a lot of loose tiles, the toilet, the dishwasher and one of the balcony drains were blocked. (they were repaired in less than 30 minutes). The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, they never did it in the morning, in fact, once we had to ask them to come. There was always sand on the floors, we had to ask for detergent and a sponge, and something incredible, they had a dishwasher, but they didn't leave any detergent, nor was there any place to put things to dry, so what we did was hand wash and then put a cycle in the dishwasher to dry things. Something incredible in that suite that we had, is that it had only one bathroom, HUGE, the toilet was in a space of more than 3 x 3 meters, so a second bathroom could have been made, with access from the main room, and this way, the kids at night, would not have had to go through the main room. That they are inflexible with the late check out, having the hotel in low season, is something incredible, I didn't like it at all. It's got some incredible things, some things to forget.

I loved that we got upgraded to a very large suite. It was a beautiful "apartment". Great hugh balcony. Nice finishes.
I didn't like that there was nothing to cook with (despite the full kitchen). The kitchen was vey very dirty and I had to spend time cleaning it. Not what I want to do I vacation.

I loved everything. Especially the staff. Marisa or Marisha ( not sure how to pronounce it) was extremely helpful. We will be coming back just because the way we were treated by the people there.

friendly efficient staff and service. we were upgraded to larger room, which felt like an apartment.
The hotel appeared to be located on the beach, but there was a busy road between the beach and hotel.

The services and facilities at this hotel and the hotel staff outdoing themselves to assist you.
A must: Rooms should have a better soundproof protection, especially the doors. You constanly hear noise from the corridor or even from the adjacent room through the communicating door room.

Excellence and very satisifying but a little pricey, but not enough to disregard it as a future choice.
On occasion, some guests did not respect the others by making noise in the halls and around the pool. I consider this situation as being very minor.

Beautiful hotel , large spacious rooms, mine had nice kitchenette and sea view. Room was cleaned promptly in the morning and bed was turned down again in the evening by cleaning staff. Nice location right across from the beach and within ten minute walk of the galleria mall. Hotel also had lovely bar and restaurant area.
Bit of a distance from las olas boulevard, but I knew this when I booked hotel and anyway water taxi stop a five minute walk from hotel which will take you to las olas boulevard on that boat trip.

I booked and paid in advance for an "oceanview" studion, but when I arrived I was "upgraded" to a "suite" on the back side of the building and when I requested to refuse the upgrade for my view I was informed my room was no longer available. In addtion, do not make any spoecial request from room service, i.e., a well done eggs. I simply wii not happen. Do not book;you will be disaapointed--Go to the Hilton Beach Resort next door. I will never return.
